Free shipping items cancelled/refused in-transit will incur shipping costs. Once the order is returned, we will deduct all incurred shipping costs from the refund total.

If you are not 100% satisfied send it back for a Full Refund.

The system cannot calculate SHIPPING & HANDLING for CORNER FLAGS, AEROSOL PAINT & ALUMINUM BENCHES

A customer representative will contact you with the freight shipping charges before your credit card is charged.

FREIGHT INSTRUCTIONS

A delivery agent will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
You will need to be there to help unload and to compare the delivery to the driver’s paperwork and to inspect all packages for visible damage.
Damaged packaging and/or merchandise must be noted as DAMAGED on driver paperwork.
Missing boxes must be noted as Delivered SHORT

Free Shipping and handling charges cover one delivery attempt to customer

In the event the customer is not available during delivery attempt, and the order becomes undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for any/all additional shipping charges fees
